Melinda Holland:
"For the last 21 years since Ive been coming to Abadiania, when people have asked the Entity, what will happen when Medium Joao goes, the answer has always been the same, the work will continue. The work is still continuing here without a medium. All that time ago, the main treatment was current, instant interventions and crystal beds are newer treatments in the history of the Casa. In my opinion there has been too much emphasis on interventions giving the people a perception that healing is like waving a magic wand. Healing is a process.

There is no news on the legal case here and nothing to report, as yet.

We all have the unique and incredible opportunity for healing here on many levels.
My experience is that it is not a fluffy place of love and light, it is a very strong place of healing regardless of whether there is a medium here or not, thus if healing issues need to be raised they will be. Only the people that understand this fact are continuing to come, the ones that are not are stuck in fixed ideas about the legal case are not coming. It is like living in a goldfish bowl here, issues constantly raised for healing in all people here. it is not our right to judge someone elses healing.

We have many people with many languages so not every story is captured but here are the two stories we have found out about since the legal case started and we have no medium:

A Polish man came to Abadiania after the medium left as a result of the legal case. He is in his 50s and from a child he was blind in one eye and also had no sense of smell. On the weekend here in Abadiania, before he had a chance to go in the first time line, he was in the shower when all of a sudden he had a lot of blood coming out of one side of his nose and he felt something unblock. Later he realised he could read the small print on his mobile or cel phone. He also realised he could smell. This was new to the man. He came with an open heart and without expectation and was extremely pleased with the result, also grateful.

A first time Brasilian woman came here after we had no medium, having an accident that damaged her ankle. She came to the Casa with her friend a second time person, first and later went to her doctor. After three days she went to her doctor and said I want you to scan my whole leg as I have funny sensations in it. The doctor came back and said your ankle is perfect, and who did your surgery? You have internal stitches on the inside of your leg all the way along your leg. Of course she had no Western medicine surgery, only the work of the Entities at the Casa. She is happy with her healed leg."
